We are located on the mouth of Miami river on the sea, with amazing views of the sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the dusk. Steps from City Centre Mall, downtown, restaurants, and nightclubs. Six miles from Design District and South Beach. Resort fee $20/person/week to use amenities,not transferable.THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY
Place is Great For
A 5-star Condo at the W Miami, in the heart of Brickell. This is a unique space for its gorgeous andd amazing views: city/river/sea views with sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the dusk and luxuries architectural buildings !. Fully equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, HD Smart LED TVs in the master room plus extra TV in the living room, 200+ channels, HBO & Showtime, connected to internet to watch your Netflix. Also, the spa & gym are included. The luxurious Icon Brickell resort in Miami was designed by Philippe Starck, featuring a 28,000-square-foot spa, and fitness center, wet and dry saunas, poolside bar and fireplace, and life-size chess set. It is surrounded by the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River. Also Business Center at W Hotel is available. Referred to as the ‘Manhattan of the South’, Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and home to many of Miami’s top restaurants, shops and places of entertainment. I am a Superhost, it means Super Hospitality. Superhosts are experienced, highly rated hosts who are committed to providing great stays for guests. Only 16% of the hosts at Airbnb are Superhost. We are always working to make your stay memorable! Spa and gym free of charge (use guest cards from my unit). Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed renovated with 14 Millions Dollars of investment, was re-opened in December 29,2018.

The Icon Spa ( it is closed because social distancing COVID-19): a staggering 28,000 square-feet,, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards, unlimited for the duration of their stay.; also the gym is free of charge (use guest cards from my unit). 2. Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed renovated with 14 Millions Dollars of investment, was re-opened in December 29,2018. It is open. 3. State-of-the-Art Cardio & Free Weight Center. It is open. 4. Cipriani Italian Restaurant found on porte-cochere level 5. Cantina La Veinte found on porte-cochere level 6. A- “Parking options”: 1. Sometimes I have available my private parking spot across the street for onne car. The costs is $25/24 hours. Please, contact me to check if it is available. 2. Metered parking at 444 Brickell Avenue (across the street from our building) 3. There is a valet parking in our building that costs $34 dollars/overnight and $11/hour during the day. 3. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost could vary from $20 to $25 dollars/overnight. We have in our area, metro mover that connects with other Miami areas like downtown. Travel in the metro mover is free. B- “Planing to Cook” or buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during the stay in our apartment: five minutes walking from the Icon Brickell Building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market
