About Place
For my wife and me, this is our first unit dedicated 100% to airbnb, we putted our heart to decoratee it and make it as warmer and nice as possible, we want you have the best experience renting our place. The unit is a 40th floor with a full city view and partial water view from the balcony. We are located in the heart of Brickell, just blocks far away from bars, restaurants, and most of the corporates buildings of the area, if you are traveling for vacation or working reasons, this is the place to rent. The apartment is just remodeled in most of the spaces, all our furniture is new and free parking is included. Important note: If you want to book our place, copy of a government ID, has to be provided at least three days prior your arrival; building’s management request this document. Thanks in advance for your understanding
